Got the call—6 days out from 50 Cent landing at Emerson. No time to think, just time to build. Concept, materials, execution. Had to pull time outta thin air and make it all move. Brought in the visionary, Ojikae. Together, we crafted a story—50’s story. From the raw, unforgiving streets to the world stage. The Final Lap wasn’t just a tour, it was a legacy run. And we told that story through art. Down the backstage hallway: custom posters, underground spray paint, and that early 2000’s grit. Red arrows stretched across walls and ceilings, mapping the timeline—from the moment he took 9 bullets and didn’t break, to the calm power of a young 50, cigar in hand, reflecting on how far he’d come.
The final arrow landed here—Emerson Night Club. One night. A private show. Melbourne’s elite packed in wall to wall. Legacy in motion. Vibes untouchable. Unforgettable? That doesn’t even touch it.
Here we are again—10 days out. Another call-up. Another icon incoming. This time? Travis Scott. Touching down at Emerson mid-Circus Maximus world tour.
Same pressure, same pace. But this time, we flipped the script—kept it crisp, clean, and elevated. A visual timeline of La Flame’s rise. From the raw fire of Owl Pharaoh to the high-concept chaos of Utopia, each cover hand-selected, cut, and placed with intention. Posters curated and orchestrated through the Emerson hallway like snapshots of a legacy unfolding.
To level it all up, Circus Maximus was painted in an illusory stretch across the ceiling—subtle from the front, but once you’re in it, the scale hits different. A visual trick that bends space, blends into the room, and expands the energy beyond the walls. The vibe? Untouchable. The space? Lit and ice-cold clean.
